The post application process is long, lots of paperwork and departments to go through. The interview itself was great. In my position I also had to do a "practical" interview which means I had to demonstrate my skills. The do conduct a background check and that also took a while. The entire process from getting the call for an interview to getting an offer was about 30 days.
