We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about your experience during our interview process. We’re also sorry to hear that we were not aligned with the salary requirements and that we did not cover this until the phone interview. It can definitely be tough trying to decide whether or not a candidate is willing to negotiate on the salary by only reviewing the application, so we do prefer to call and see if we can start a discussion before declining anyone for a position due to salary.
