The hiring process, in general, involves applying to the selected position(s) you are interested in. Then, HR screens out the applications an on a case-by-case basis, invites you to interview with them preliminary based on your top two application job position preferences; then they say they will get you in touch with the hiring manager who would call you back to schedule an in-person, telephone or Skype interview if they decide to proceed with your application; after the interview, if you get a call-back, that means you've been hired! The entire process last up to a couple of months from the time since you submit the application online.
