      Colloquio

      An automated interview scheduling bot reaches out first and asks you to select available times. No issues with the first times presented. For the second interview, I had a conflict but there were no other options listed in the bot's choices. I emailed my first interviewer and she was awesome about getting back to me and offered a few other times. In addition, the bot sent reminders close to the time of the interview which was appreciated -- it's a great system they've got set up, honestly. Questions were about what one would expect, although the first interview seemed a bit more in-depth than a typical phone screen. Still, nothing that couldn't have been reasonably prepared for. It was only sometimes a bit tricky since some questions would be two or more questions built into one large question but interviewers were understanding and conversation seemed to flow easily. Both interviewers were knowledgeable, gracious, and clearly kind people.

How did that go and what were the outcomes?"
