interview process is too slow.they took four rounds each of 30 minutes and i also done HR but after that no reply.then i follow after one week but told senior manager approval pending call after again one week and on next week Hr told they currently holding my profile call me any in future for any requirement.i waste my entire day on this bulshit interview process.

In the Interview process, firstly they took a written test of 10 min containing very basic questions on Java and Sql.
After we clear the written test there will be a F2F technical Interview followed by a managerial interview and at last they will have HR discussion.

This is a "Rubbish" Company. I would not recommend anyone within 0-2 yrs of IT experience to apply.
I got a call from an IT HR Ashvini from Vakrangee. She told me that they are hiring for Java Developers 1-3 yrs.
Since I fall under this category. I went for an interview.
First of all, This is not on the Main road (15 mins far from the Main road). To top it , I was guided wrong by the receptionist.
I was on 15 mins call and that dumb receptionist doesn't know the address . She was forwarding the call to HR and then
the super dumb HR was forwarding back to the receptionist.
Somehow I reached the Office.You have to handover PenDrive /Phones/Hardisk to the Security , as if itz a Top class Company.
It was a face to face round with 5 of Techical leads. They saw my resume and said we are looking for 3-4 yrs of Experience
Candidates. They didn't even ask me any single Technical Question. Bloody Hell !.. Do you think That your Time is important?
And as if others are just sitting free. I wasted my 5 hrs (travelling) , my money and my energy for this stupid Company.
