It was a very long process and very thorough. The HR and Security team were very detailed in the screening process. Was called for a second interview with the upper management prior to receiving an offer.

Short phone interview asking if I was interested in the job. Then traveled to Maryland for what I thought was an interview but was a security background check. I was the last one to do the security interview despite being the only natural citizen in the group. Also it took more time because I did not have a passport and they wouldn't let me use my driver's license even though I've never been outside this country. After few days with the security check, I went to work immediately following my return home.
