I got a call after applying online. We scheduled a meeting date and when I arrived it was conducted in a small conference room with two employees. They asked questions and answered mine. They finished with a standard goodbye. It was a pretty normal interview.

They asked how well you new the company first but it seemed to be more of a preamble to explain more about themselves.
