I applied for the position of systems analyst. Interview with hr manager is going well. The atmosphere is quite comfortable. After the interview about 30 minutes. He called IT manager, IT manager asking some technical issues relating to the systems analyst. After technical questions, followed by an interview to discuss the whole of me, and there IT managers and HR managers see the potential of my other, they advised me to try to put as project manager.
Then they call the Chief of Operation Officer (COO) and the interview was continued, I finally agreed to accept their offer to be project manager.
