The process itself is good, but the HR interview and decision is very bad. Here I am talking about Valeo Egypt. Can you tell me what the need for Father's and Mother's jobs at the application? Should their jobs define my work experience or something like that? Also, I've been asked about their job in the interview. I think I was rejected two times for this answer.Should I cheat them to pass the interview like the people do? I won't apply such a company again and many of friends took the same decision unless this policy change.
