Upon arrival at the headquarters, I was asked to fill out a form and write an essay describing what defines success for me. Afterwards the interview was very pleasant, unfortunately they got back to me after more than a month had passed and I had assumed I didn't get the position.

Interview was amazing & helps to individuals analysis. Initially panel asked me about self introduction. Through this open indeed question they try to get whole background of the individual & his surrounding & environment. Like, every question compares present ability & requirements
