I got a call from an HR person three months after I applied through their website telling me that I have an interview with them. They told me the process consists of the following steps:
MCQ Exam (C, Advanced C, Software Development Process, Embedded Systems)
If you pass the exam, you have the following
1- English Exam
2- HR Interview
3- Technical Interview
4- Interview with Valeo Egypt GM
It can take all day long waiting for your turn to interview. And these interviews can take from 1 to 3 days depending on how many people they are interviewing!!

The interview process started with an online coding assessment that included algorithms and data structures questions, mainly focusing on arrays, strings, and object-oriented programming. After passing the test, I was invited for a technical interview with two engineers. They asked me to solve live coding problems on a shared screen, followed by some theoretical questions about system design and databases. The final round was with HR, where they assessed cultural fit and communication skills. The whole process took about three weeks.

It was a virtual interview with three phases: technical, managerial, and hr. The technical one was about data structure, algorithm (problem-solving), oop, and database design. The managerial was about the environment and how I could deal with problems.
