I've been applied by e-mail with CV and motivation letter in Hungarian and English. They called me for a screening by phone within 2 months after the application. The first personal interview focused on my general and language skills by HR assistant only. The second personal interview started with a more detailed job and a general product description. The final test was a situation game where a business situation has to be solved in 40 minutes (alone), the solution had to be presented to the simulated management on a flipchart.

The whole interview was focused to check the real working experiece (personal communication in English, time, budget and task management)
Very quick process. In 2 weeks 4 interviews with HR and 3 hiring managers. Nothing unusual to communicate. Very professional hiring managers. HR can be very pushy and do not give you too much time between interviews or enough time to decide.

Muito organizado ! Faça sua pesquisa sobre a empresa pois será feito perguntas específicas. E-mails trocados de forma bem simples e rápida. Gostei do trabalho feito pelo RH deles. Usam sistemas Simões e fáceis para serem utilizados

Colloquio telefonico con loro selezionatore in Francia (azienda partner DoTeam). Chiara esposizione del ruolo, del tipo di lavoro, della range di RAL che prevedevano per quella posizione.
Abbiamo affrontato subito i possibili punti critici, come la disponibilità a viaggiare e le modalità per lo smart working.
Il colloquio si è svolto in lingua inglese.
