I got the interview by showing up to my school's in person job fair and bringing up distillation columns. Within a couple days, I got an interview request through email.

It was clear and straightforward. Any questions I had they seemed to be fully transparent and honest. Took about 30 minutes when they came to my school. Overall it was a good experience as well as a good learning moment.
The process went smoothly and was well structured. I was impressed by the manner in which it was conducted and it was a great learning experience. It didn't feel in any way interrogative and the questions were well thought out. It made things comfortable on my end.
