The interview was quick and easy. Stephanie was very thorough throughout the process, and kept me updated on next steps in real time. I was very impressed with the interview structure, as I had the opportunity to meet with several leaders via phone and video. I was very impressed by Antonio and Henry's knowledge of the recruiting process. I could tell early on that they were very hands on in the process and have a true desire to create process improvements, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout. Jim was very open about his management style, role and responsibilities within the position, as well as providing constructive feedback regarding previous wins and losses within the Southeast region.
