I had a 1on1 with Manager Jacqueline and she was very helpful in answering questions about the position I applied for she had an answer for everything and was very professional, she asked and answered many questions about the job position I applied for. I also remember she role played a unsatisfied customer and asked how I would answer after at the customer stated her issues (with a little aggression “role play”) and after I answered she gave me her version of a good response and explained why we should reply in that manner she also spoke to me about the duties the position required

Colloquio
I filled out an application through Indeed.com, I received a phone call with brief questions & information and asked to come in for an interview one week after, I interview with the District Manager. The interview went very well I was asked a series of questions about my experience related to the position applied for. I was assured that I would receive a call hired or not, One week after the interview I was given a phone call that I was hired for the position. This is a company that is very big on feedback of their employees !
