Group interview with 3 other applicants that were all applying for different jobs. All of us were asked to share something about ourselves that wasn't on our resumes. Then the two people doing the interviews proceeded to ask questions to each of us one at a time.

I applied for a case manager position a few weeks ago and was invited for a group interview. I felt like the group interview went well and the recruiter Patrick said that they would be in contact with me within 48 business hours to let me know the next steps in the process. I thought that sounded great... It has been over a week and a half and I have yet to hear if they want to continue with the hiring process or if they went in a different direction. I am in a masters program for mental health counseling and I was looking forward to starting a career in an entry-level position and then practicing there when I get licensed. I am not so sure anymore. I would love to accept an offer if they extend one to me but as I have said I have not received an offer yet.
