Kennenlerngespräch gefolgt von theoretischer und praktischen Tests der Skills (Programmierübung auf gestelltem Rechner).
Diese sind wohl normalerweise auf 2 Termine aufgeteilt, bei mir war es aber ein einziger (3+ Std.)
Anwesend waren Personaler, der zukünftige Vorgesetzte und ein Mitarbeiter, der eine ähnliche Stelle inne hat, wie die angestrebte. Das Gespräch war informativ und freundlich.
