There were 4 rounds:
1. Telephonic round : Basic interview Questions like who r u and kind.
then asked to give example of online purchase as much as can drill down.
If passed above.
2. Interview by Managers: Interview with process diagrams with examples, SWOT Analysis, Project briefing etc
If passed above.
3. Interview by Higher Management : Its like casual talk with owner. Company Future, expectations, roles and responsibilities, etc.

Colloquio
The interview was standard and not too difficult.
The hiring process was also accommodating and a little flexible. Overall, it was a decent process and one can relax and just prepare well for the interview.

One Telephonic round, Two Technical, One Management and Finally HR Round all Face 2 Face rounds in a single day. No Aptitude test. All these process were completed in First half of the day.
