The process is 2 fold, A type form that a person fills in the first round, has analytical, mathematical and such questions. You are asked for your thoughts/ action plan for any project, topic and such acts. If you clear the first round you sit for an interview with the senior team, including the Founder/Co-Founder. Your previous education, marks etc dont matter to us. We only see how fit you are for the profile you applied for.
