Interview panel and found the interviewers (made up of directors in the library as well as director hr) were not welcoming or inviting. In addition, when providing my answers, I found they were extremely critical and despite 25 years experience and a high performer in previous organizations, I felt judged and like I did something wrong. A very poor experience.
