First interview over the phone about 30 mins. The recruiter asked questions to get to know you, why do you want to work at vanguard (they want to see if you the research on company before hand) and then a series of behavioral questions and you have to come up with scenarios (work or school related). Be very specific and make sure the scenarios focus on YOU and not so much on a team effort! They want to see what YOU did to solve the problem. Then, if they liked the way the interview turn out they invite you in for another one. This time I had two people for the first round of interviews which included a series of more behavioral questions and two people for case study role play.

In person interview involved a series of questions. It is best to be prepared at the interview like carry a notebook. It would be best to practice the interview and be prepared and friendly.
