Went through a phone screening after applying online, then a phone interview about a week later. I didn't actually hear back after the phone interview for about 3 weeks, but they called and had me schedule an in person interview in the Scottsdale office. The interview was about 2 weeks after that and they arranged for all of my transportation and accommodations.
They had us arrive at the in-person interview around 7:30am and the interview itself was 3 separate parts, each about an hour long. The first hour was a presentation, followed by an hour of mostly behavioral interview questions, and finally an hour involving a few more interview questions accompanied by a case study and role play. After a brief tour of the campus, we ended up leaving around 11:30.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
