Applied online while researching rotational programs, received an email the next day to schedule a phone screen. I had the phone screen a day later with basic behavioral questions. The recruiter sounded a little bored, but it was late in the day. I received a call about 5 days later inviting me to attend an Interview Day in Charlotte, NC in 2 weeks. The Day included two 1-hour interviews, presentations, and a roundtable discussion (received topic prior). There were about 8 applicants at the day, and I believe there were a few more days scheduled. Received offer after 1 week with competitive benefits and salary. I understand that the program class ("cadre") is to have about 6 participants, hired both internally and externally.
