Behavioral based interview. They want STAR answers. Interviews are highly structured by HR and managers may stick to the script. You must interview well to have a chance. It was a multi interview process and I was alerted within 1 week if I advanced to the next interview. No interview exceeded 1 hour.

They started with a preliminary interview with HR before having my interview with team specific hiring managers. The preliminary interview consisted of walking through my resume and prior experience. The team specific interviews were more knowledge based, but overall not very difficult. If you already have a background with transferrable skills, you should be able to speak to them easily for 30 minutes. It was a very conversational interview experience

Poor communication from HR and very rude and cocky interviewers. 2 months and still no news or outcome after final interview from HR. Requested for an update but no responses.
The lady in the final stage was very cocky and showed zero interests during the interview. Massive red flag. Dodged a bullet.

2nd Hiring Manager and one analyst and regional manager, Microsoft Video Call, 50 Minutes
I wasn't selected for the role and didn't move to the last interview, but the interview gave me a good experience. Hiring Manager of GIDM, Ann was very courteous and kind.
