They didn’t even ask me tell about yourself or introduce yourself! 4 person was in the interview theirs camera was off only my camera and hiring manager’s camera was on! That was so mean and unprofessional interview process. They gave me a task and do that! Not recommended ! Also the question wasn’t directly related to the position. Bad experience… good luck with others vanguard

The interview process was about as normal as you could expect. I had four interviews and the technical ones were about average from what I have experienced.
My only gripe is that after my fourth interview I never heard back from the recruiter, Joe Fratick. My only "official" notice that I was passed on the position was seeing the job reposted on LinkedIn a few days before Christmas.
Not sure why they couldn't send out an email but it cause alot of unnecessary mental angst. Unfortunately this seems to be a trend in this market.
