Would strongly recommend against interviewing with this company if you are well educated. Senior management is easily threatened by potential hires with more knowledge than them. One of my interviewers in the last round melted down and asked many stupid questions preventing me from presenting, and had the gall to "recommend" a bad book belaboring elementary statistical concepts (I have no complaints about the other one, who asked fair questions and attempted to give me a chance to finish presenting). The experience left me angry, as I invested significant time in a promising interview process that was going well until I interviewed with this insecure senior manager. Nonetheless, I have informed members of my network of my experience, who have blacklisted applying for this company, as I've not encountered any company with such bad hiring practices that string candidates along for a ride. I was deeply disappointed that one manager in the interview could simply derail the whole interview while the other manager had no control of the situation. Questions and case studies were simple to do for someone well versed in math, statistics, and the appropriate coding.

30 minute initial interview followed by another interview where you present a Use Case sent before. Only thing is the next interview never came and no response was given when inquired if the position was still open. I would not waste time with vanguard looks like they have done it before, the competitors are better at communicating and the onboarding process is superior.
