I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview, which asked about my qualification but also general financial terms. I was then brought in for a case study and series of in person interviews at their corporate offices. I waited about a week before I heard back and was given an offer. Unfortunately, my recruiter declined my request for an adequate amount of time to make a decision.

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
