Pretty easy process. Applied online, got an email shortly after asking for a phone interview. About a half hour interview just explaining my resume and life experiences. Had some basic finance questions. After that, got asked to interview at the offices. It was a four hour long process with two main interviews; one behavioral based and one case study. The people that were interviewing me were all very nice and outgoing.

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
