2 part process that include a phone screening and an on-site interview. Both were very straightforward. Phone screening were typical behavioral questions mixed with some financial questions. The on-site interview day included a behavior interview much like the phone screening, just longer and more in depth. The second half of the on-site interview was a case study--not intended to be tricky.

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
