I had read previous reviews posted here before interviewing, but I assumed them to be an anomaly. I was wrong. If you value your time, do not interview here. In summary, the interview process is unnecessarily long, some of the questions asked are comically easy, and when you think you've done well, they'll reject you. For a team of fewer than 10 engineers, do you really need: 30 min tech screening, 4 hour take home assessment, 45 min follow up for said assessment...and then a 45 min front-end interview, 45 min backend interview, 45 min interview with a data engineer and PM, and a 30 min systems interview? Keep in mind that many of these interviews are with the same people. This place is a joke. The company is wildly mismanaged and their interview process is totally broken. Do NOT interview here.

Initially thought some of the other reviews were a bit excessive, but after interviewing here I understand the frustration. I made it as far as the initial recruiter screening, initial behavioral/technical screen, and take home assessment. I spent 4+ hours on the take home assessment and completed all the tasks requested but received a form rejection email from the recruiter. When I asked if they could provide any feedback (since I figured I must have messed something up if they didn't even want to do the follow up interview to discuss the assessment, and it's helpful to know what so I can learn and improve) I received no response - not even to say something like that they don't have a policy of providing feedback, which would have been fine. What wasn't fine is someone not taking a few minutes to send that response after I spent 4+ hours over the weekend working on their assessment. It just showed a lack of respect for candidates' time, and after reading the other reviews I'm glad I didn't make it past this step and waste even more time preparing for and going through what sounds like almost half a dozen more interviews with a company that treats candidates this way. Overall unpleasant experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. I echo the other reviews: don't interview here.
