It was kind of weird I was asked more about the history of the company than I was about my abilities to do the job. The woman interviewing me seemed to be really passionate about vans and seemed to be looking for similar individuals.

Can you name the 4 pillars that vans is a part of?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.
