3. Virtual Onsite (3 30-Minute Parts)
Overall, I found the experience incredibly insightful and distinctly "human". There are some companies where you can sense a need for performative-ness at the expense of your personality. Vanta's team from the beginning to end made an effort to not only ensure you were the right fit for the role, but to actually engage and connect along the way.
