The interview was straightforward, asking about previous experience in similar roles and general, standard questions. The process felt easy, and the interviewer was approachable, making the overall experience comfortable and stress-free.

A bit of an informal interview process but helpful nonetheless. I applied for a part time job as an 18 year old with barely any work experience and this was not an issue.

Colloquio
I went to vapiano in the morning for an interview before the restaurant had opended. This gave us a quiet setting. The interviewer sat me down and asked me a series of behavioural questions, my experience and my motivation for applying to this role. Once the interview was complete I was able to ask questions of my own and she offered to give me a tour of the kitchen and explained any additional tasks that I might do.
