The process was straight forward and quick. You will get your first in person interview after the first phone call interview (more like a casual phone call to set up a meeting schedule). At the in person interview, you will get introduced to other engineers who are very nice and friendly. It was a really pleasure to be "interviewed" by them, they made me feel like home right at the interview.
