I first applied on Indeed. From there, I was called personally by Varemar, where a brief phone interview was conducted . Then, I was invited for an in-person interview at the North Bergen location. The interviewers seemed very energetic, and were very realistic with properly setting expectations.

My first experience with Varemar was a video interview with the CEO, Brian Varela about the overview and history the company. I was then offered an in person interview with Brian and the sales manager at the Dover location.

It was great to see a passionate Executive team talk about the business and it’s goals and accomplishments. Makes you really want to apart of the vision. Very upfront and honest interviewing process. And even better opportunity.
