After passing the resume screening you get an initial online assessment consisting of 16 multiple choice questions. Questions consist of different what-if scenarios, SQL, troubleshooting, etc. Basically like a timed assessment with no actual interviewer.

Recorded interview, not very accurate to get an understanding of the interviewee. A more personalized video/sit down interview is the correct way to interview applicants. Nevertheless, it was a rather smooth process.
