It was a pathetic experience. In first round the Hiring professional was not sure of the job requirements. Still after probing gave details and talk for around 30 min She lined up for final round and during next round the female founder was very arrogant and not at all professional. She only asked 1 question and while i was explaining she interrupted and finished call it looked she had no time and was in between something but then the interview for such a senior position must have not been scheduled only. The reviews of working in this company is also not good but past and present employees whom I know, it is a small owner driven 'Lala' company' with pathetic HR management. Hire and fire policy, no work Life Balance, no employee engagement. Overall not a good place to work until a good HR professional at senior position is hired. Be extra cautious before joining this company.
