I applied online and over a month later I received an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview. A couple days after scheduling I got a copy paste email from the recruiter stating “we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience more closely aligns with the current needs of the role” and then canceled the interview. I’m not sure why they even reached out if they thought my experience wasn’t “good enough”. Waste of time and unprofessional in my opinion.
