Here’s a breakdown of the process: 1. A round with HR. 2. A Zoom call with the second-in-command on the Data Science team. 3. A take-home project that’s not complicated but requires a couple of hours of effort. 4. An in-person round, which includes an intelligence test (?), an interview with the Lead Data Scientist and the Data Scientist from round 2, and open-ended challenge questions at a whiteboard. 5. A Zoom call with three other team members. 6. An interview with the president. After step 5, I was abruptly ghosted by my recruiter. He didn’t bother to update me after being so responsive before.
