Applied on the Vayner job board and got sent a case study. Completed it within the timeline, had a phone screening that was pretty standard, then a Google Hangouts call.

The whole process took more than a month, in total I had to do three interviews. I was interviewed by different people for the same team and at the end by HR.

What process do you go through during the content creation?
easy, real and enjoyable experience in which you get a sense for the culture of the company. Although mostly remote, the team is strong and united. Interviews go a few rounds with different departments
asked me to produce content around a pumpkin. they never never spoke to me directly/ gave feedback/ an opportunity to understand why I did not get the job after. very interesting
