Colloquio
I met with 2 people in their NY office. It was very promising at first. They were really nice and asked basic questions about past work experiences. It seemed like we all got a long great and they said they would follow up with me. They followed up via email a month later, saying their classic "rolling admissions" process of hiring.
I'm just pissed that they kept me waiting and had an interview for a position that wasn't even open. What a waste of time. You shouldn't be having interviews if the position isn't open or isn't opening EVER... That really makes no sense. Clearly everyone on Glassdoor has gone through the same thing and no one believes it's a great idea.
You guys seem like a very talented social media agency, maybe you should figure out this whole "rolling admissions" process and stop wasting talented people's time...

The interview was online with their HR. HR is friendly and the process was smooth. It took about 20-30 minutes, they only want to get to know the expected salary, background, etc. After HR, then we get to another round with the user.

Fairly quick & easy! I went through two rounds, with two different sets of people. I received a phone call with a verbal offer and the rest is history. Really cool way of being interviewed, way less nerve wracking than most.

Colloquio
This is a cliquey, condescending, culty company and the interview reflects that. A lot of condescension and patronizing. Applicants were also asked to do an in depth research project/presentation with little to no guidance on expecations.
