Online Application Form: Fill out the company's online application form, which may include questions about your background, experience, and motivation for applying. 2. Screening Resume Screening: HR or a recruiter reviews your application to see if your qualifications match the job requirements. Phone or Video Screening: A brief interview (15-30 minutes) to assess your fit for the role and discuss your background, skills, and interests. 3. Assessment Online Assessments: Tests to evaluate your skills, such as coding tests for technical roles or psychometric tests for non-technical roles. Technical Screening: For technical positions, this may involve solving coding problems or technical questions over a call or through an online platform. 4. Interview Rounds Technical Interviews: In-depth interviews focusing on your technical skills. For software roles, this could involve whiteboard coding, algorithm and data structure problems, and system design questions.
