The process started with an outreach email from the co-founder stating my profile was impressive and urgently asking me to complete a time-intensive take-home assessment. I submitted the completed assignment within two days and followed up shortly after, but received absolutely no response. After six weeks of complete silence, I finally received a generic, automated rejection email. It is highly misleading, they continuously repost this exact same role on LinkedIn while using automated AI agents to farm out assignments and ghost applicants. Extremely disrespectful of candidates' time.
