The phone screen was fairly technically intense, but the interviewers are the team leads, so while they seem to look for extremely knowledgeable candidates, there's also a big push to find people who can learn the specifics of the software suite. Much of what a candidate would need to know to do this job is learned on the job and during training. Having a strong IT background helps, but speaking with coworkers in general doesn't seem to be required.
The one-on-one started with culture, then a panel assessed culture fit, flexibility, and willingness to take risks (being wrong).
