It seems like they’re getting desperate to hire but are struggling bc the salary is not as competitive as it should be.
The worst part of the interview process is the recruiter. He is rude and seems like he’s talking with a power trip. Interview should be mutual. The company should be just as determined to sell themselves. The recruiter did not attempt to do this and instead just created a drilling one-sided conversation.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
