I was interviewed months after applying and was asked to do a very lengthy case study. It involved giving a presentation, writing a report and a lot of research. It would have required a full week's work to do it properly. Based on negative reviews I read on Glassdoor I decided not to pursue it any further. The interview was also with the manager directly, with no sign of any HR department, which put me off. It's very uncomfortable to talk about salaries with a potential manager, it sets up an unhealthy power dynamic and I would have found a HR interview more professional.

Relatively straightforward process, not overly difficult. It was several rounds with different coworkers and prospective boss. Everyone was nice and kind and respectful of my time, and I would recommend the company after the process.
They go through a few behavioral interviews which isn't anything intense (yay), However, they have you do a take home project. This is the real problem, they aren't clear on what they want and they aren't very aware that if you're working full time and doing a full feature spec that takes time, It feels more like they're trying to get free work given the depth and level you go to not get the job. Granted I did get feedback which was appreciated but the feedback was frustrating as it's easily something that could have been fixed with a slightly more indepth view of what they're looking for.

They asked all the behavioral questions, "describe a time when you..." it wasn't until the take home that it became an issue, so nothing to list here.
