First, there was a screening video interview. Make sure you know your 'Why Veeva'. Also know 'Why consulting'. Then you get a week to prepare for a case interview. The case interview will take 25-30 hours. This is the most difficult part of the process.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
