They reached out to me and went over the job description. I was very upfront that I’d never used the modeling system they use. They assured me it was taught on the job and not an issue. Thus I didn’t spend hours trying to learn it. The next round very clearly proved opposite and they were annoyed I couldn’t walk through my thinking in the specific way they wanted. It wasted everyone’s time and I wish the process ended on the initial call. Then they ghosted me. They did walk me through the product which was nice. You don’t usually get a demo.

Relatively straightforward process, not overly difficult. It was several rounds with different coworkers and prospective boss. Everyone was nice and kind and respectful of my time, and I would recommend the company after the process.
They go through a few behavioral interviews which isn't anything intense (yay), However, they have you do a take home project. This is the real problem, they aren't clear on what they want and they aren't very aware that if you're working full time and doing a full feature spec that takes time, It feels more like they're trying to get free work given the depth and level you go to not get the job. Granted I did get feedback which was appreciated but the feedback was frustrating as it's easily something that could have been fixed with a slightly more indepth view of what they're looking for.
