The interview lasted 30 minutes. She asked me some general questions, answered vaguely to mine, and kept repeating “brilliant” to everything I said. Told me she would send me the trial task (which is around 10 days of UNPAID work) but then sent a vague rejection email a day later. Is it worth the 50.000€ they pay the consultants? I don’t know. Especially because after those 30/40 hours of unpaid work you also have to go through 3 more interviews. It seems a little bit too much for a program aimed at recent graduates with no previous experience. At this point hire mid level or seniors who can onboard without any help.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
