Phone interview by hiring manager, followed by 1 other interview by senior management and a presentation. Mostly experience related questions. Presentation scenario was relating to technology and management.

Not sure if the hiring manager/s have enough training to ask right questions and even know what NOT to ask in an interview? No time was given to the candidate to ask any questions back to the interviewer
